Au cours de ma thèse la stratégie de l'innovation jusqu'à la publication en passant par une éventuelle valorisation, à été omniprésente sur plusieurs projets qu'il a fallu bâtir de zéro pour permettre leur réussite, leur évolution durant la thèse mais également pour préparer le terrain aux futurs repreneurs du projet. Chaque projet a nécessité de faire appel, en plus des compétences internes au laboratoire à des collaborateurs externes afin de compléter les compétences sur ces projets.
