Mes différents projets entre création culturelle et artistiques, recherche et engagement associatif, m’ont obligé à m’adapter, à apprendre sur le terrain, et à valoriser ce que je fais. J’ai aussi compris l’importance des rencontres : travailler avec d’autres, en France et en dehors, m’a permis d’élargir ma pratique et de mieux situer mon parcours. Aujourd’hui, je continue à évoluer en restant ouvert aux retours, aux collaborations et aux déplacements, qui font pleinement partie de ma manière de travailler.

Dans mon travail, j’ai pris l’habitude de lire, trier et mettre à distance beaucoup de matériaux, entretiens, textes, spectacles, recherches, pour en dégager ce qui nourrit réellement ma réflexion. En parallèle, chaque création ou projet est pour moi une manière de me confronter à mes propres limites : je prends le temps d’évaluer ce que je produis, ce que cela apporte, et ce qui reste à approfondir. Je présente régulièrement mon travail à des publics variés, parfois exigeants, et j’ai appris à accueillir les retours sans les subir, mais en les intégrant de façon constructive. Dans le même mouvement, j’accorde aussi de l’importance au regard que je porte sur le travail des autres, en essayant d’être à la fois honnête, précis et respectueux.
