Cela m’a permis de créer un dialogue interdisciplinaire, de valoriser les savoirs endogènes et de développer mon leadership. de la planification à son exécution, j'ai mené l'équipe et j'ai par la suite animé l'atelier. lorsque tout était corsé, j'ai su encourager l'équipe et les motiver à avancer malgré l'adversité. je sais gérer mon temps afin de parvenir à mes fins.
