Lors de mon postdoctorat à l’Université de Liège, j’ai défini des objectifs clairs : renforcer mes compétences en nutrition animale et publier dans des revues internationales. J’ai élargi mon employabilité en suivant des formations (FAO, Codex), en intégrant des projets interdisciplinaires et en valorisant mes résultats (plusieurs publications). J’ai su transférer mes savoirs vers des thématiques nouvelles comme l’élevage d’insectes et l’agroécologie. J’ai également bénéficié du mentorat de chercheurs expérimentés, ce qui a enrichi ma réflexion sur la mobilité internationale et l’évolution de carrière. J’ai développé cette compétence durant mon doctorat en zootechnie et mon postdoctorat à l’Université de Liège, en concevant et menant des recherches sur l’utilisation de phytobiotiques (curcuma, neem) dans l’alimentation animale. J’ai mobilisé des outils statistiques (ANOVA, régressions, PCA sous R et SPSS), justifié mes choix méthodologiques selon les objectifs, et testé des alternatives selon les contraintes de terrain. J’ai formulé des hypothèses claires, validées par des résultats expérimentaux reproductibles, présentés lors de conférences internationales et publiés dans des revues à comité de lecture. Chaque argument scientifique était structuré de manière rigoureuse, adaptée au public (scientifique ou rural).

J’ai rapidement adapté le protocole en identifiant une source locale alternative (résidus de manioc fermenté) et réorganisé l’équipe pour tester cette nouvelle piste. J’ai consulté des experts en bioconversion et intégré leurs recommandations. Grâce à cette réactivité, nous avons maintenu les objectifs scientifiques et même amélioré le taux de conversion des substrats. Cette expérience a renforcé ma capacité à gérer les imprévus, à rester orientée résultats et à mobiliser efficacement les ressources et expertises disponibles.

Lors de mon postdoctorat à l’Université de Liège, j’ai conçu et testé une ration innovante à base de graines de neem pour les cobayes. J’ai mené les phases de formulation, prototypage et tests biologiques en intégrant les retours de collègues et partenaires. Les premiers résultats ont révélé un impact positif sur la digestibilité, conduisant à une publication dans *Tropical Animal Health and Production (2025)*. J’ai maîtrisé les étapes de validation scientifique, de rédaction d’article et de choix du canal de valorisation adapté (publication scientifique). Cette expérience m’a permis de relier concrètement innovation, expérimentation, résultats exploitables et diffusion structurée selon les normes académiques et institutionnelles.
