Éducation et recherche en sciences infirmières. Infirmière clinicienne aux urgences et au bloc opératoire depuis 1999, j'ai fini les études de spécialisation en anesthésie en 2008. J'ai commencé très tôt dans ma carrière à superviser des étudiants, et par la suite je me suis formée au tutorat pour devenir tutrice de mon service puis membre du jury semestriel de la formation de spécialité en anesthésie en tant que représentante des terrains de stage de mon hôpital. Formatrice dans la même école de 2019 à 2022, durant cette période j'ai finalisé le Master de pédagogie des sciences de la santé à l'Université de Strasbourg et j'ai démarré les études doctorales en 2022 afin de professionnaliser mon activité de recherche et éducation en sciences infirmières.

En tant que étudiante de master et doctorat, j'ai soumis régulièrement mes travaux de recherche à mes directeurs de mémoire et de thèse. J'ai exposé mon travail de M2 durant les journées de travail de l'association des écoles d'infirmières anesthésistes de France. Par la suite et à niveau doctoral, j'ai exposé mon projet de thèse au sein de mon laboratoire de recherche et à des organismes proposant de bourses de recherche à niveau national et international (IFNA, SFAR et CNPIA) obtenant ainsi trois financements pour ma recherche. J'ai également participé à un webinaire de recherche IADE de la SFAR présentant mon projet doctoral. Je supervise depuis deux ans des travaux d'initiation à la recherche dans deux facultés de sciences infirmières en Espagne.

J'ai développé ces compétences durant le processus de réalisation et soumission à publication du travail de recherche du M2 en pédagogie des sciences de la santé (M2PSS). La revue narrative de la thèse et une revue de la portée sont en cours de rédaction. Dans le cadre de l'obtention d'une subvention internationale avec le Québec, une autre revue de la portée sera initiée dans les mois à venir. Les formations suivies dans ce domaine sont : Zotero avancé, cartes heuristiques ou mentales, plan de gestion des données, flux RSS et veille documentaire. Des rencontres avec les bibliothécaires de l'Unistra et l'UHA ont eu lieu durant mes études de master et de doctorat. La base de données infirmière Cinahl devrait m'être accessible et enseignée très prochainement.

Le processus d'études doctorales étant un projet en soi, cette thèse me permet de m'exercer à la conduite d'un projet de longue durée car le mien est calibré sur cinq années. J'ai réalisé un diagramme de Gantt au début de la thèse en me basant sur une projection à quatre ans qui a été ajusté en fonction de mes avancées et de mes obligations professionnelles en clinique. J'ai piloté, avec l'aide et le soutient des collègues doctorants, l'organisation d'une manifestation scientifique au sein de mon laboratoire en juin de l'année dernière. L'organisation de ce projet a durée cinq mois et a finalement été un succès collectif.

Moyennement expérimentée dans le management des personnes, j'ai été représentante des tutrices de stage, formatrice à l'école d'IADE durant 3 ans. Très expérimenté dans le cadre professionnel du travail en équipe (services d'urgences, de bloc opératoire et d'anesthésie) j'ai eu l'occasion d'enseigner des techniques de communication d'urgence au sein d'une équipe lors de séances de simulation clinique pluriprofessionnelles. Toujours bien intégrée dans les équipes dans lesquelles j'ai exercé, je suis une professionnelle reconnue par mes pairs et mes supérieurs hiérarchiques.

J'ai pu développer mon leadership professionnel lors des réunions pédagogiques au sein des écoles d'infirmières anesthésistes (tutrice, membre du jury semestriel, formatrice académique et en simulation) et des facultés de sciences infirmières en Espagne (préparation des formations basés sur des cas cliniques). J'ai été proposée pour guider un groupe de doctorants dans l'organisation d'une journée d'étude de notre laboratoire de recherche. Pour ce faire, j'ai été à l'initiative de rassemblement de deux groupes de doctorants pour ce projet commun
