J'ai fait un bilan des formations que j'ai reçues lors de mon doctorat. J'actualise de façon régulière mon bilan de compétences et le compare à la fiche des postes visés après mon doctorat.
Je suis une démarche de formation permanente (+ de 150h de formation durant le doctorat)
J'ai aussi eu le plaisir d'avoir des discussions avec les spécialistes de mon domaine d'étude et de domaine connexe avec lesquelles je suis moins à l'aise (IRL, ResearchGate, congrès)
Je gère mon profil de chercheur sur Google Scholar, ORCID et ResearchGate
Membre de 3 associations de doctorants (Doc Gepea, Anim Tes Docs et Doctorants ED SIS) je milite à chaque fois pour la publication en science ouverte quand c'est possible et je suis ravi d'expliquer les démarches à suivre pour le faire.

La mise en commun des différentes difficultés rencontré par les chercheurs du Labo 1.5 et m'a permis de surmonter les obstacles administratifs dans ma propre institution.
J'ai au fil des années mobilisé un réseau de personne très qualifié à qui je n'hésite pas à faire appel. Ce qui me permet moi-même de développer mes compétences et d'assouvir ma curiosité dans leur domaine de prédilection. J'ai repris l'association des doctorants après les 2 années de Covid. Les interactions entre les doctorants étaient au point mort avec le bureau, nous avons ressuscité les événements fondateurs de l'association comme les Flashcom (chacun présente son sujet de thèse en anglais) et nous avons aussi créé de nouveaux évènements comme l'organisation du forum des métiers d'ONIRIS ou la journée d'accueil des doctorants.
J'ai plusieurs fois fait le lien entre des doctorants et leur encadrement quand le dialogue était rompue. En tant que responsable communication j'ai aussi mis en place une vraie identité visuelle pour les étudiants français et étrangers se sentent intégré. J'ai aussi veillé à ce que tous les doctorants est le même accès à l'information et que personne ne soit oublié.

Ma thèse EXOTIC (EXtrusion par vOie humide pour produire des aliments Transformés à base d’InseCtes) s'inscrit dans un projet plus large EXOTICA qui lui-même s'inscrit dans une volonté de développer les procédés autour des protéines non-conventionnelles (algues, insectes et légumineuses) pour supplémenter une demande en protéine d'une population mondiale de 10 milliards de personnes d'ici à 2050.
Cette thèse est aussi possible grâce aux découvertes et avancés faites lors du projet AVENIR (Alimentation, Valorisation Et Nutrition Insecte Recherche) entre 2018 et 2021.
