Durant ma thèse au CEA, j’ai régulièrement fait le point sur mes compétences et mon projet professionnel, en échangeant avec mon encadrant et en suivant des formations doctorales. J’ai développé une expertise en imagerie confocale et en quantification d’invasion cellulaire dans des organoïdes cérébraux, en réponse aux besoins du projet.

Dans le cadre de ma thèse au CEA, j’ai développé une expertise en gestion de données scientifiques complexes, notamment lors de l’analyse d’images confocales et de données biologiques. J’utilise des logiciels spécialisés (Fiji, QuPath, R, etc.) tout en évaluant leurs limites et en croisant les sources pour garantir la fiabilité. Je respecte les règles éthiques et juridiques liées aux données biologiques humaines (RGPD, consentements). J’organise et conserve mes données selon les bonnes pratiques FAIR. J’ai aussi accompagné des stagiaires dans l’organisation, l’annotation et la sécurisation de leurs données, en les sensibilisant aux risques liés à la gestion de l’information scientifique.

Au cours de ma thèse au CEA, j’ai collaboré avec des experts en imagerie, bio-informatique et ingénierie tissulaire, ce qui m’a permis d’intégrer des méthodes issues de disciplines connexes, comme l’analyse 3D d’organoïdes ou le traitement d’images automatisé. J’ai formulé de nouvelles hypothèses sur les effets de l’irradiation en m’appuyant sur l’état de l’art et sur les données expérimentales. J’ai su adapter mes argumentaires aux différents interlocuteurs (chercheurs, ingénieurs, stagiaires) et accompagner ces derniers dans la mise en œuvre de méthodes complexes, tout en documentant rigoureusement les protocoles et les résultats pour assurer leur traçabilité et leur reproductibilité.

Lors de ma thèse au CEA, j’ai présenté mes travaux en français et en anglais lors de congrès nationaux, devant des publics variés, spécialistes ou non. J’ai adapté mon discours selon les interlocuteurs, notamment en réunion. J’ai rédigé des supports clairs (posters, résumés) et accompagné des stagiaires dans la préparation de leurs présentations orales, en les formant à l’usage d’outils numériques adaptés. J’ai également animé des TD à l’université visant à apprendre aux étudiants à concevoir et présenter efficacement un exposé scientifique.
