J’ai identifié très tôt des compétences à renforcer : traitement de données isotopiques, rédaction scientifique, communication orale → et je me suis formée (autoformation R, formations doctorales, relectures croisées d’articles). J’ai activement utilisé mes réseaux : échanges avec d’autres doctorants, participation à une école d’été européenne. J’ai co-encadré une stagiaire BUT et trois stagiaires M1, transférant mes savoir-faire expérimentaux et mes méthodes d’analyse.
