Au cours de ma thèse, j'ai pu optimiser et mettre au point une technique innovante " la clarification". Cette technique consiste à rendre un organe optiquement opaque complètement transparent. Ceci permet d'imager à l'échelle cellulaire et moléculaire un organe entie afin de bien l'étudier. L'utilisation de logiciel très complexe pour faire de la reconstitution 3D. Ces techniques n'ont jamais été utilisées dans mon laboratoire, je suis fier de pourvoir les intégrer au portfolio technique de mon laboratoire d'accueil.

Lors de l'écriture de mon manuscrit de thèse, je me suis lancé dans une étude bibliographique intense afin mettre dans mon introduction des infirmations récentes et pertinentes.
